• Customer Measurement Data (Digital Naap Khata): Client names, phone numbers, garment categories (Blouse, Kurti, Lehenga, Gown, Saree, Salwar, Pant, Alterations), precise numeric body measurements, neckline/armhole drafting specifications, customer notes, and optional design reference photos.
• Billing & Invoicing Records: Total order amount (₹), advance payment received, balance due, delivery schedule dates, and job fulfillment status.
• Log & Technical Diagnostics: Standard web telemetry such as browser user-agent, referring URLs, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access timestamps, and operating system attributes used solely for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and server reliability.

Your customer drafts, measurement inputs, and temporary records are stored directly on your client device using localStorage and IndexedDB.
• Encrypted Cloud Sync: When online, registered accounts synchronize measurement data with Google Cloud Firestore databases protected by strict security access rules, ensuring that only your verified credentials can read, modify, or export your tailoring records.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your tailoring records, customer contact numbers, or measurement sheets to any third party for marketing purposes. Data is processed strictly through trusted, enterprise-grade infrastructure providers:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: For identity verification (Google OAuth) and encrypted cloud database persistence.
• Razorpay: For processing Pro tier upgrade subscriptions over PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure payment gateways (Boutique Diary never stores credit/debit card numbers).
• Google AdSense: For serving policy-compliant advertisements on free/public tiers.

5. Compliance with Indian IT Act 2000 & GDPR User Rights

In accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules, 2011) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have complete control over their personal data:
