Welcome to Boutique Diary (boutiquediary.online), a software utility developed by Mind Labs designed specifically for Indian custom tailors, fashion boutiques, garment stitching masters, and apparel creators. By accessing or using our website and application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

Boutique Diary provides digital tailoring register tools (Naap Khata), customer profile management, WhatsApp billing receipt generator, and order delivery scheduling. The application operates as a Progressive Web App capable of running in online and offline states.

2. Offline Local Storage & Data Backup Disclaimer

When operating in Guest Mode or when internet connectivity is unavailable, your measurement entries and client drafts are held in your device's local browser storage (IndexedDB / localStorage). You acknowledge and agree that:

Clearing your web browser history, cache, or site storage will remove un-synced offline records.
Users are strongly advised to create a registered account (via Google Authentication or email) to guarantee automated, encrypted cloud backup to Google Cloud Firestore.
Boutique Diary is not responsible for lost local data resulting from hardware loss, browser resets, or unauthorized device access.

3. Commercial Responsibility & Tailoring Accuracy

Boutique Diary is a recording and calculation tool. The boutique owner, master cutter, or tailor bears the exclusive responsibility for the precision of physical measurements, fabric cutting allowances, fitting adjustments, customer delivery commitments, and pricing agreements. Boutique Diary shall not be liable for fitting disputes or tailoring losses.

4. User Accounts & Security

You agree to maintain the security of your account login credentials. You may not use Boutique Diary for unlawful activities, unauthorized data scraping, reverse-engineering, or transmitting malicious code.

5. Subscription Terms & Payments

Boutique Diary offers a free tier (up to 5 customer records) and a premium Pro subscription (₹99/month or ₹999/year) with unlimited customer storage. All payments are billed transparently with instant access upon payment completion. Refund inquiries may be addressed to support within 7 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, Boutique Diary and Mind Labs disclaim all indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, network failures, or third-party service outages.
